Field Sales Representative

Location: North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein

Job Description:
Greyfood GmbH is looking for a Field Sales Representative with high energy and a results-oriented approach to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will present the company’s products and services to potential customers, manage sales processes, and strengthen customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visits to potential customers within the assigned region.
  • Analyze customer needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the existing customer portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle and follow up on after-sales processes.
  • Perform competitive analysis and provide market feedback.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in field sales.
  • Strong persuasive and communication skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with analytical thinking skills.
  • Valid Class B driver’s license and active driving experience.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Team player with a dynamic and disciplined work approach.
  • Knowledge of the Turkish language is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with routes to ethnic wholesalers, ethnic markets, and kiosks in Germany is a plus.
